Permitted Use of Service

repicture is deployed 'as is' without explicit warranties. We encourage extensive deployment across both private, educational, and commercial workflows under these non-negotiable clauses:

• You may use our algorithmic engine limitlessly due to zero server overhead.
• You must not architect scripts attempting to DDOS or disrupt our front-end hosting delivery mechanisms.

Limitation of Liability

Because real-time data processing is actively handled by your personal CPU/GPU rather than our secure servers, repicture cannot monitor for client-side hardware malfunction, browser crashes, or out-of-memory errors. The user acknowledges:

• repicture holds zero liability for data corruption, hardware instability, or workflow interruption.
• It is the strict duty of the user to retain original copies of all uploaded photographs.

Intellectual Property Exclusivity

You exclusively retain 100% of all intellectual property, copyright, and distribution rights linked to the images you optimize.
